feat: 안드로이드 에뮬레이터 관리콘솔/ADB 쉘 + 컨테이너 정리

세션 영속화, 관리콘솔 WS 프록시(attachAndroidConsoleWsProxy), ADB 쉘
엔드포인트, 고아 컨테이너 정리 로직 추가. 2026-07-31 실사용 검증 완료된
작업을 커밋만 안 하고 남겨뒀던 것.
