feat: 복원된 옛 홈페이지(애플체리, XpressEngine) 앱 추가

트루나스 Plex/applecherry에 있던 옛 XpressEngine(XE 1.11.6) 사이트를
PHP7.4+MariaDB 도커 앱으로 복원하고 home.applecherry.net(NPM+Let's
Encrypt)으로 서빙. 홈클로 홈 드롭다운에 iframe 래퍼 앱으로 추가.
